When you contact Evolution Talent, we receive the information entered in the form, such as your name, email address, enquiry type, message, and any artist or representation details you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is relevant and specifically requested.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use this information to respond to casting, booking, press, business, and representation enquiries; route messages to the appropriate agency contact; and manage related professional correspondence. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the agency, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where we specifically ask for it.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. The website uses necessary technical services to deliver pages, protect forms, and send agency email. Artist photographs and public profile information may be delivered from the agency website or the public Spotlight image service.
Website reliability
We use Sentry to identify technical errors and improve the reliability of the website. Our error reports contain technical code locations and the affected page category. We exclude enquiry content, cookies, user identifiers, URL query details, and error-message text from these reports. We do not use session recordings. Sentry processes the technical reports in its European Union data region; its network services also process connection information needed to receive them.
